Looking for advice on a stainless flat logo on commercial dishwasher

jtiii

I paid good money for you to read this!
My customer has a stainless steel commercial dishwasher. I wanted to make an approximately 12" wide x 3" tall stainless script logo, the thinner the better, to flush mount to it. I've already gotten advice on how to mount it. I'm hoping to get polished as opposed to brushed if it's possible.

Given the environment it's going to be in I wanted to ease or outright bevel the edge so that it won't collect gunk and will be easy to wipe clean. I got it quoted from Gemini but they said it needed to be 30"x8" and 3/16" thick for them to do it. However I don't have any wiggle room on the size.

Any thoughts on who else to ask or another way of accomplishing this? They expect the machine to last 15 years and it regularly gets up to 160 degrees.

First place that comes to mind for me is Waukesha Metal Products https://waukeshametal.com/ Not totally sure if they would do something like this, but something a little closer to home and might be worth checking out.

I wouldn't worry about adding a bevel on anything thin, it would just make the edges weaker and more prone to damage when the cleaner hits it with a rag. A bevel on something like 3/16" thick would still have a 1/16" flat side to it, if that's about the gauge you're looking at (18-20), you'll not gain any benefit.
