Yes, I did see sign designers there. I'm looking for a structural engineer's assistance, not for a permit or stamp, but to determine the feasibility of a welden bracket supporting the structure and how it should be supported from the top and/or side.

Signage is a pretty small niche. It may be other structural engineers on there that could be of assistance. I remember we worked with one engineer that didn't realize the signage industry needs this service and opened up a new arm to his office to provide services to the sign industry. I know he retired about 5 years ago unfortunately.
