Looking for Designer

Hi everyone
You don't know me as I mostly just come here and read and learn...
I have been in the biz for over 30 years...yup, I'm an old sign painter
Anyway...my wife and I have a small shop in a small town...we have a Roland 540v as well as other equip...
I am trying to lighten my load and farm out a little design work here and there, we have used a couple designers here but like I said, the town is small so my resources are limited...

I am looking for someone that I can have do a few designs for me now and then...I am not looking for someone that only puts clip art together...I am looking for a true designer...someone that can also come up with original stuff, characters etc and take it from a pencil sketch to a finished product...
Also looking for occasional wrap designs, so having that ability is a big plus...

Obviously I need to keep my costs down as I am business too and need to make a profit just like all of you...so I am not interested in paying retail prices...

I don't really know a lot about you guys (and gals) so if you can recommend anyone here that does that kind of thing please let me know about them or them about me...

Look through the Merchant Member directory, there are several good ones on this board that do design all day long for smaller sign shops. I sub out almost all my design work, and it makes my stuff look incredible for the customer.

If ya do not choose a member in here, Full Sail university is in Orlando put a ad in craigslist there you will get 100s of applicants.
