Looking for old Mustang font

Customer is looking for this old Mustang font but would accept the font used on this decal sheet attached. any suggestions on either?

The actual emblem looks to be Times New Roman Bold, slightly extended width.

Dammit, make it faster!!
Several different fonts were used over the years. Better to know the specific year of the mustang. That emblem appears to be from a 60's model

Greetings all, I know this is an older post. I stumbled on this as I was searching around. I figured I'd post my learnings to help the next fool who comes around. There is a tool called "Find My Font" That uses image reignition to try to match a picture of what you have. When I run that tool on the mustang lettering it comes back with "Clarendon Wide (Medium)" After checking this against my old eyes, it seems to be a pretty good match. I hope this helps.
