Looking for plastic/paper material source

I have a customer that wants some badges printed on a material that is like a plastic paper. Thin, maybe 4 mil, white matte finish. Its not paper, more like the thin plastic, waterproof material? Not sure what it is, the gave me a sample. Any ideas?

I assume you dont want it with an adhesive backing.

so Grimco's Polystyrene maybe? its fairly cheap and available in different thicknesses.

No, not that. This stuff is more like paper. That stuff is too thick. .020". Plus the stuff I need folds like a piece of paper without cracking and its very hard to tear.

thin like the paper wallet stuff? tyvek?
