Looking for Similar Font Please

I'm usually a lurker but I need some help today. Hopefully there's someone here that can help.
I'm looking for a font similar to the image below. Does anyone know of one? Even if not exactly something similar I could manipulate?

I don't think that is a font. It may have started that way but it looks heavily modified with a vector program.
