Not surprised. They were a nightmare to deal with from day 1. Sent printheads in for service, they lost them and never replaced. Tons of crap like this across the board.

also not surprised. We have had nothing but issues. I can not wait till the owner has this POS paid off so we can ditch it and get a real machine.

Strange, their marketing presence at SGIA was quite strong.
