Losing white in Onyx 11

Anytime I use the "spot layer tool" to "enable spot layer generation" and add white "under layer fill"
and then make any changes to "color replacement" I lose all white layers.
It looks right when I send it out but if I bring it back into editor all of the white layers are missing.

I'm sure it's something I did because I can't seem to keep myself from fiddling with the settings.
Any ideas of WTF I did?
