Instead of looking for a high quality calendered vinyl, I am wondering if there is a low cost printable cast with a long life? I would use this for flat signs.

Love their cast, we use it as our default vinyl.

I do think there is an issue shipping to Canada though.

While not labeled for printing, you can still print on oracal 751 or Avery sc900 vinyl.
