Made in Thailand?

This a font or maybe a one-off for the package?
Customer wants some additional text in the same font.
I checked my DVDs and Whatthefont.
Nearest I found was Contra Flare - close but not the same.

Looks to me like Friz Quadrata was the starting point followed by a lot of modification. The "a" is the giveaway.
