Manual needed

I just got a GRX-300 plotter and was told that I could use it to cut vinyl but I did not get the manual with it, and trying to get it set up I am getting "pinch roller error" and can't figure that part out with out a manual have tried Roland and they do not have one {must be old} do i give up or is there some one who might have a copy or photocopy I could get!

I want to use it to cut sandblast media

You can go to the RolandDGA website, go to the "support" section, try the "support wizard", locate the cutter you have from the list, and on the resources tab you can download the manual.

GRX-300 is not a valid product number. There is a CX-300 and a GX-300, which is the newest of the two. There is an older one called the CM-300. Here is the link to the CX-300 Users Manual. Between this link and Rick's above you should have your manual.

Your pinch rollers need to be in a certain position, or you may get the error message. I owned a cm 12 and when I got this error, my pinch rollers or roller was moved off the location they needed to be at. Look for a rough surface on your roller that the pinch wheels clamp down on, move your pinch wheel over this surface before you clamp the rollers down, and try again, maybe this will get you going.

it does say on the front Roland GRX-300 and the serail # is 7A0 2385

Thanks for the help i might be able to figure it out due to the links i was given some the stuff in those manuals is simular to the machine and I will try to make sense of them cause I am sure they do relate
