Map of the world

I am in need of a map of the world, and one of Florida; (either vector or high res jpeg) that shows the terrain, major cities, and capitols. I so far can find an map of each of these, but I need them all together. Any help would be great!

If you have all these different maps you need, just use layers and superimpose (combine) them over each other, and you will achive what you want!

Capitol Layer

Major cities layer

Terrain layer

Map outline layer

that is true, but also when I am paying 20-50$ per map it gets kind of expensive
