matte vinyl & gloss lam

this may be a dumb question but can you laminate a matte vinyl with a gloss laminate?

Yes, whatever the top surface is will determine the final finish.

We do it all the time with high tack vinyl to give it a gloss finish.

We find matte prints better than glossy on certain 3M series vinyls. We always overlam gloss, works great. You can even overlam gloss. Realize its supposed to be matte.. then relam it matte if you want.
