Both if you know it but really just Boudreau. I have a customer likes this companies font.

Looks like Serpentine to me.

Perfect Thank you. Looks close enough to me. The minor changes were probably made by the designer of the logo.

Definitely not bank gothic, but could be eurostile or microgramma.
