Hi guys
I have strange error on my Mutoh 1624V. After turning it on it will immediately display error Media End and there is no chance to print on media. I tried covering and removing media sensor and even in service mode I can detect change in sensor behavior. When sensor it's not covered in diagnostic menu I get value 6 or 7. When I cover it value in diagnostic menu will jump to 35-40. Sensor was taken to different but the same model and there it's working normally. Did anybody experience the same problem? Any suggestions? Is it motherboard?
