Messed up print

I've been printing most of the day on my VJ1304 and its printed good. I just started a print, and the print started out normal, then it started printing less and less black. I canceled the print and did a cleaning then a test print and the cyan and black are really just a few lines. So I did another cleaning, and the same exact thing.

Here's a pic of what it looks like.
Any ideas or insight??? Thanks!!!!!

I know its kind of hard to see, but you can see the scattered black lines in the middle of the pic and the blues to the left. Its tough cause my camera is just reflecting all the light..

In this one you can see the Grey outline on what I'm printing and how it fades, along with how the print is very stripy.

Thanks again for any help!!!

the cartridges are new. and what with the dampers?

How long have they been in use?

When dampers get plugged they do not allow ink to flow into the head fast enough.

Typically, it will print fine at first and then nozzles will drop out as it goes, it should get worse and worse the more you print. I.e. you are printing more than the head is getting ink.

Was there a head strike?

Clean around the cap, head and wiper... Clean , clean clean...
Head soak, head soak, head soak....
