I know some here have discussed it but never has happened, the east coast and the west coast can seem to pull it off, is the midwest area ever going to have a signs101 meet and greet?

is lousiana the midwest? thats just it, what is the midwest, to the national media it is ohio, michigan, and surronding area

to me, midwest is north dakota to texas, and colorado to illinois, missouri, arkansas sorta type circle, so .....

anyhow, i am up for some travel, i would offer here, but uhhhhh, there is nothing else here other than halfway to nowhere, i mean if someone is flying it, they are driving 2-4 hours after the flight to get here:omg:

somewhere centrally located is all that matters with the room for it to happen i guess

We are in Lafayette, IN. It's close to both Chicago and Indianapolis. I would be up for it! My shop is nothing special, but I would be more than willing to help host.

I would be interested in a MidWest meet & greet as well. I have some room at my shop if Central Ohio works for everyone.

Maybe you should split it between the CENTRAL PLAINS and the MIDWEST

I'm in St. Louis
I'm pretty new and not a huge outfit but I'd be open to hosting or helping out in anyway if it is near me.
If not I'd love to meet some of you guys so if it works out I'm interested in going somewhere.
Chicago is another great Midwestern centrally located city

Something to keep in mind when putting this together. If you're all going to meet at a show.... you're only going to be able to get together and talk and drink.... you won't be able to have hands-on demonstrations and your hours could be somewhat limited.

We had some many-many years ago and some recently for the s101 crew in our various shops over the years. Getting together at someone's shop is a real blast and the fun is unbelievable. You're busy almost constantly, unless you have a really small turnout.

I would highly suggest re-thinking having it at a show and do it right and make plans for later down the road at someone's shop and make a weekend of it.

Save the show for just a get-together.

Some good points there Gino. I was thinking of maybe wrapping my shop truck (2008 Dodge Ram SLT Quad Cab) in the new 3M 1080 textured film for a project.

(I'm thinking brushed steel with black carbon fiber accents)

What does everybody else think? Ideas?
