Might get into printing the poly bag yard signs

I was hoping someone could give me any information at all. We ussually sub out. I am coming up with ziltch on here and Google.

What type of printer can do this? (full Color)
Is there other equipment needed?
After initial cost is this profitable? (We estimate about 5,000-10,000 pieces a month, depending on election cycle)

Is this a nightmare do in house as far day to day prepping, printing, and finishing

Any and all comments are appreciated

Uh, yeah, what he said. They're usually printed on a flexo press. Nothing cheap to say the least.

Huge expense. We screen polycoat political signs also by the thousands ourselves and would never consider doing this. Not to mention, it would never fit in our building.

5 -10K poly signs a month is a few hours of actual work on a flexo press.
