I've run in to a significant issue when printing with one of our Mimaki UJF-6042:
Our "special color" is being offset from the primer and color layers that are being printed (example of print below, with abnormal prints highlighted in yellow ellipse). The white layer is offset by roughly 0.02 inches, but it's enough to notice on our prints.
Here's what we've tried doing to remedy the situation:
The only thing we haven't done thus far, is reset the printer completely. Our dealer hasn't run in to this issue before, and has submitted a ticket to Mimaki, but I worry that we're not going to hear back from them in awhile.
Has anyone run in to this issue on any other printer before?

Here's what we've tried doing to remedy the situation:
- Cleaned encoder strip - no change to print
- Printed each layer separately (primer -> white ->black) - no change to print
- Miscellaneous cleanings (head cleanings, nozzle wash, etc.) - no change
- Used different RIP Software (Rasterlink 5 IP, Rasterlink 6) - no change
