Need Help Mimaki Cjv30-130 Ink Supply Issue - All Tried OUT!

I need some innovative help here. Outline below

1. Magentta drops out completely after printing 20-25ft perfect.
Drops out completely, no nozzle at all.
2. Replaced Cap Top
3. Replaced Cap Top Slider
4. New pump
5. New dampers
Dampers are full

Several ink fills, clean, syringe pulling from pump tubes, etc. I will get magenta all back and firing normal. Half way threw small print, drops out, do test print 100% missing again, nothing at all.

No air in lines, call sealing good from what I can see.

Please help give me some ideas to try

Do you mean both magentas or are you only using one channel for magenta?

Is there something inhibiting the flow?
I once had a blocked breather hole in one of my refillable carts,
also had a plug in the airhole on a different refillable cart, both caused the ink to dropout.

Also could be old ink, air bubbles in line, damper connections, printing too fast/heavy...

Have you solved the problem?
I have the exact same problem, cleaned the valves, and replaced piping.
What strikes me is that the problems begin with magenta, and in the yellow dampers comes waste (or black) ink. How is that with your machine?
