Need Help Mimaki JFX200-2513 EX vacuum request

I greet you

We have a Mimaki and operate it with the vacuum OPT-J0217 from Mimaki.

Now this device is too weak for our application and we need a more powerful one. As far as I know, there is a more powerful one from Mimaki, but the performance offered is too low for the price, so we would like to use a device from a third-party manufacturer.

Does anyone have any experience with this and can tell us what kind of blower we could use or what we should look out for?

According to an entry in the user manual, the strengths 1-10 cannot be selected on a non-original Mimaki vacuum device, but this is not relevant for us anyway, as we always work at full power.

I would be very grateful for any help and tips.

Best regards from Hamburg, Germany

Sounds like a fun engineering problem, but one that might involve modifications to the bed and addition of a larger pump. Not going to be an easy thing to do.

The JFX500 has a great vacuum system, but they also have a rubberized bed coating and the ports are counter-sunk slightly. Not sure the JFX200EX is something you want to counter sink hundreds of holes into and rebuild the entire vacuum system on.
