Mimaki JFX200 & JFX200EX Firmware

Hi

I have a Mimaki JFX200 and a JFX200EX

I would like to update the firmware but when i try I get a message for both that says

'Your product has the special version of firmware or it is a product that cannot be updated by the application.'

Any way to still do this?

Typically has to be done by a technician using the Mimaki software tools.
