Mimaki JV-33 channels are falling out.

Good day! I ask for help in solving the problem. Mimaki JV-33 printer. For three years, channels have been falling out. Fallout is sudden, can happen during printing, or can happen during downtime. A simple software cleaning returns all the nozzles to their place. Fallout does not occur as contamination of the nozzles, i.e. all the nozzles of one channel disappear at the same time. During this period, we replaced 2 print heads, three types of ink, several parking lots, damper kits, ink tract tubes, a continuous ink supply system, several pumps, a cable from the motherboard to the print head. Grounding has been checked and is present. Please help solve this problem.

Sounds like you've knocked out everything but the head control board and maybe firmware. Not much else to go on, maybe due to environmental issues like printing in a non-climate controlled environment? Not a whole lot of things I would try short of maybe ink valves/needles and such.

Sounds like it’s time to get out and into something made in the last decade. Market is real fluid right now, people are giving away CJV’s.

On the planet 123456qweQWE that Denis is from, the resupply shuttle only comes every 20 moon cycles, or 14 earth years. As such, he's going to need all the help he can get.
