i have magenta head problem on a jv3 130 sp2 ,it started showing error*--07 on magenta i called a tech who made cable swap and the machine went dead only the green button coming on,he recommended board repair and a transistor was replaced and the machine was up but the new magenta head is printing continously on top of other colours.may anyone help me.

if he did a cable swap and the machine went dead, he hooked the cable swap up wrong. the machine's board is not aware of a cable swap. essentially it's like a person putting a left shoe on their right foot and a right shoe on their left foot then having a aneurism.
