Mimaki JV3 problem

Hi All! Been a long time since I've been here.

Sorry to start with a problem...
Machine fine all day yesterday... came in today and suddenly no cyan or yellow on nozzle check...
soaked for half hour...cleaned... i could not see ink in the tubes, so i finally took back apart.
syringed both cyan and yellow tubes, all i got was air...never saw ink come up.
Luckily, i put back together and YAY! ink again...

my question is...what is going on, is this going to become a complete failure of a part of this? worried this will happen again tomorrow and feel lucky heads didn't dry up!
not sure what part would be failing on it, so many this could be the issue, what is most likely happened?

also having y current error daily...been moisturizing and rubbing bars off, is something else causing this besides dirt?
Thanks for any info!

the jv3 with its cammed capping station can starve vacuum to the backside. i say your capping station springs may be getting weak. start with simply stretching them out a bit for more pressure. you may also want to place a razor blade under the right side to put a bit of a lean creating more right side pressure. also keep the seal wet with butyl carbitol to avoid gumming.
