hi we have Owned a jv33 for 4 years, having problems with ink over flow or spillage around the head or print cap.
very light print colour inconsistant.
replaced the head 12 months ago and new print cap 2 weeks old.
we can get it printing, although is light compared to 1 month ago, but the ink wastage and solvent wastage is a joke.
then over night or with in 4 hours or so we are back to where we started from.
replaced the dampers.
can anyone recommend a technician in Melbourne Australia.
