Hello guys

Im newbie from Riga, Latvia.

I have Mimaki JV33-160.

The question is - Do anyone knows how to use colour profiles for each media?

I have CD with them,but i dont know how to install them in Raster Link 5SG.



Can you help me guys?

Have you contacted your selling dealer?

they SHOULD be able to walk you through the installation over the phone.

I am always wondering why we buy such expensive equipment, then fail to utilize the support team that qualified supply dealers should provide along with the purchase.

You are newbie, it is better let them help your starting operation.
Or they will pass the buck to your incorrect operation when there are something wrong of your printer.
