Modified Cap for Mutoh JR

Have been fighting swelling cap on my JR for weeks. Finally took some time to modify cap. Used stainless steel mesh - cut and placed over sponge material on color cap. Black has not been a problem other than random missing nozzles?? So far it is working great - far less cleaning and quality is good. See pic.

where did you get the stainless steel mesh? I could use something like that, the swelling on my caps is terrible, and I can't seem to fix the problem...
