Motor is stuck and won't budge.

Motor is stuck and won't budge. Message Says "motor error turn off power". In the past I was able to manually slide the motor casing back to position. Is ther a release button? It's a dinosaur, Roland fj-50

Pull the plug.. Power off for 5 minutes.

Try to move the head with the power off. Doing it with power will fry the servo board.
