Multiple Gerber Edge FX

Is it possible to run two Gerber Edge FX out of Omega 5.0 at the same time?

I've never tried but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Just plug another one in and see if you can add it as a new vinyl printer.

If you are planning on buying one, I would call Gerber and verify first.

We looked at this a while ago, I don't think you can at the same time. Let us know if you find out that it is possible.

You could call Gerber, or just give it a try. I would think that if you had them both hooked up with Ethernet cables, they would both have their own IP address. Then you could try and add the second one and name it something different (Edge FX 2 or whatever). Then Omega would know the difference between the two.

Yes:

Assuming you are setup on a network with a switch/hub, just set them up on different static IP addresses, find them and add them in the device manager in Omega, choose the printer, and let-er rip. Call us if you need help.
