Well finally figured it out. I have the bulk system and the level located on the back that holds the ink into the well was not engaged. So I took out the
bulk cartridge and there was no yellow ink residue on the injection hole or the line. So reloaded the bulk ink bag into the cartridge, corrected the lever on the back with a piece of
tape holding it in place. Ran a yellow square print test. It work. So I thought I would share this experience with my fellow printers. Again Thanks.
