I have mutoh 1204 cyan needed changed so I changed cartridge
and now its like dripping cyan on edge of media!!!!! what causes this?

You may have received a bad cartridge. Are you using OEM inks? Other than that it is usually a bad damper that causes ink to drop out of the head.

Inspect the bottom of the carriage carefully, most probably you will find some debree or dust attached to it, that causes ink vapours to condensate on it and start dripping.
