Mutoh 1204 Printing problem

Hello,

I'm new and I have bought a used Mutoh 1204. I'm using Flexising 8 and have the problem that the Magenta is offset. Here is an image and an example:

How I can solve this problem?

It looks like the print head is out of alignment.

How I can align the head correctly? I tried the "Adjust Print" in the Mutoh menu (I read the User Guide) with no luck. I attach what printed.

Didn't know exacly, probably is 1-1/half year old.

I suspect the physical alignment is off.

Pull the head carriage out, and check with a flashlight to make sure the print head surface is level
to the platen. If it's not, remove the dampers again, undo the screws holding the print head retainer
in place, reseat the head (make sure that the spring tab is pulled fully toward you when inserting the head)
and put everything back together again.​

When the head is replaced or if you had a major head strike the head must sit all the way down​

Either un-level print head or head slant adjustment, both easy fixes...

It make sense, in the last few month the pump doesn't suck well the ink.

The only way to solve this is using your method Compilla?

Ya might want to think about cleaning that printhead, looks a little dirty from the pics. Happy to hear your issue is solved though!
