Mutoh 1204 s/c Read err

I replace 3 ink id assembly boards due to broken prongs, and now when i restart my system i have cmyk s/c read err, this is a bulk ink system and before anyone says it yes the cards are in the right spot i even went as far as placed them in the slot manually to make sure that wasnt the problem, any ideas or workarond would be great since i have alot of orders to get done and my newer 1204 i just bought is 4 days away and it has the easy resetter on it.

Are you using the right cards or pull out on cartridge at a time and see if it read.

Yes i write my own card and even made new cards and tried it,im thinking my junction board went bad when the ink id connectors bent,, so i have a new board on the way, and hope thats it.
