Mutoh 1204 Thorough Cleaning

So I have had my 1204 since Oct 2010 and I haven't done any major cleaning on it other than normal head cleaning, wiper cleaning, and around the capping station.

Should i change the dampers (i use only mutoh ink) are they easy to change?

I clean around the head with foam swab and cleaning solution made for this purpose, however i find it impossible to get to the rear of the head, any ideas or tricks?

How about greasing the machine? What kind of grease do I use?

What else should be changed or cleaned?

Dampers are estimated about every 18 months, as is the maintenance station.

There is a printable sticker there to help explain the cleaning procedure, too.
