Question Mutoh 1324 Misfiring Head

My Mutoh 1324 was printing great, then out of nowhere it started to band severely. Nozzle check shows only about 50% of nozzles are firing in each color. I did a CR maintenance, did a nozzle check and got the EXACT same pattern. I then did a long cleaning, did a nozzle check and got the EXACT same pattern. I ran a color bar of solid for each CMYK color with no change in print quality and got the exact same nozzle print pattern. I took the covers off and checked all cable connections for dirt, ink and looseness, did a nozzle check and got the exact same pattern. I turned the machine off and unplugged it, waited and then did a nozzle check and got the exact same pattern.

Any ideas would be really appreciated.
