My father and me are an amateur on this business and it's hardware maintenance, I'm not the owner of the hardware, It's my father
First the problem happen on yellow, cyan and black, nozzle check only print right side and totally empty on the left side, we change the headprinter cable (the one connected to the main motherboard) and success in returning yellow and cyan, but the black color problem persist.
We are hoping it's not the headprinter problem because it's the worst case scenario and we yet do have budget to buy replacement for head printer.
I would appreciate help of anyone figuring out the source of the problem.
