Mutoh 1324 very heavy ink, run and off color

Ok couple different questions here.
1. I am getting very heavy ink no matter the quality setting.
2. I am getting what looks like trash in the print?
3. When I bring a file in from illustrator weather it is saves as a ai file or a pdf file the shadows and background are hidden. I can unmask but when I do the only way I can see the background is to delete the shadows? I will upload a couple images but it will be a little bit before I can upload a shot of the original file. I have one file that has a honeycomb background and no matter the quality setting it either prints vey little background right or it prints it all black. Also they grey prints as a green. Light blue is almost purple. The image with the number 32 should be almost a brushed aluminum background and the background aim round the heating and air is supposed to be grey.

That looks like a material issue.
What is the material you are printing onto.
Check your heater settings also.

Here are the original 2 files. They are not done by any means just wanted to try and play with some test prints on the printer. But as you can see from the illustrator file indicated by the dark background the shadows and all are good. Then the white background as it is imported you see the file shows bad shadows and the background is gone. The next image shows that once you unmask and delete all the shadows you now have the background back. File is at 150 resolution

Here is a screenshot of the printer right before ripping. Also a better image of the shadow.

Just relized in flexi if there is no profile at all set since i have never added one then it turns the heaters off along with a bunch of other things. Guess this is the reason when you do a palette print it prints good.
