Mutoh 1604-- Error 079--- communication err

Hi, I need help. When I turn on my vj mutoh 1604, in begining it make tick tick sound for 1 minute and nothing shows in display. After few time on and off it show error code 079--comm. Can some one help me to fix this? I much appreciate for any help. amirkhan4@gmail.com

replace heater controller board

As our experience, Error 079 is X aris motor overload it always caused by X motor or main board.
Had you check this two parts?

This error indicates abnormal communication between the mainboard and the heater controller board
