Need Help Mutoh 1614 Print Dusting

Hello I have a Mutoh 1604 that is having some print issues. I am getting a banding/dusting on alot of my prints
I see it mostly in K,C and some Y. Print head is aprox 1 year old and just install new maintenance station This seems to be an intermittent issue as some prints are perfectly fine and others are trash.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
