Hello I have a Mutoh 1624 that we purchased used and tested the unit and it worked perfect the original location. after moving the printer to the new location
and attempting to start up I get A (y) check ink error.
I have installed a new cart an sill gives the same error and an empty shows ink end.
any help or suggestions would be great
