mutoh 1624 and flexi 10

We wish to use Flexi 10 on our VJ 1624 but I cannot find it listed in the the printers of flexi 10, but I read on a post here somewhere that it should be on flexi 10 am I doing something wrong or is there something I need to update.

Sounds like you need to contact SAi for an upgrade.

Flexi 10.5 added the 1324 and 1624 printers. It was a free upgrade when it came out but I don't think you can download it anymore from Flexi. I happen to have the install files for 10.5. PM me with your email and I can send them to you. As long as your password and dongle are legit, there should be no problems.
