mutoh 1624x replace new mainboard need help

my printer is mutoh 1624x ,
I replace new mainboard
made sw 1 is off ,, 2 is on (this setting is ok?)
when open printer
the screen coming like that (please see att files)
How can install firmware?

No. It is not working this way. You should to use service software and board replace procedure what included.

Also ,,, (please see attached file) do I need to set up dip sw ?
