Mutoh 1638uh magenta

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with my Mutoh 1638UH.

Since a couple of days ago, when I run a nozzle check, the left-side magenta nozzles aren't firing on either print head.

Only the right-side magenta nozzle check pattern is visible.
The left side is missing on both heads.
Any suggestions or tips?

Check ink line. Maybe cartridge needle is clogged. Because one ink line from the cartridge is splitted to two heads.

And how can I repair the needle?
