Need Help Mutoh 1638x printhead problem

Hi. I have a problem with my head. they can not clean their heads. I always get drops on head 1 and 2. print is OK but nozzle check is not. to anything that could be?

It maybe one Magenta ink line is clogged. Or filled by air with subtank together.
Each ink line on 1638 printer splits on two printheads.
