Mutoh 426 uf color on white layer mode

Hi guys
I got the Mutoh 426uf, when i try to print using color on white layer mode, the head stops in the middle of printing, moves to the left making this loud sound, and stays there. I cancel the printing, use the multilayer mode instead, and all is fine, happens to me all the time,
