Good afternoon,
First of all let me say thank you for all your expertise. I hope through our joint conversation we can resolve this issue quickly.
Before printing any jobs, I create a sample to see the color and how the final will turn out. Today while setting up a job with white underbase and CMYK. I noticed that the printer was printing the underbase, the CMYK layer, then another lighter coat of white on top. This has never happened before so I thought it was a software issue. BTW I use Compress RIP Q10 Mutoh Edition software. I review the settings and found nothing had changed. Could someone assist? I have attached a picture of the problem. The left image is in CMYK Only mode while the right has a white underbase. You'll see that the white top coat comes down about 3/4 the length of the image. If it is in the settings, please assist me in finding the settings that may have changed. Thank you Very much.
