Mutoh Cartridge Issue...can't pull out 1324

Has anyone experienced not being to pull a cartridge out for replacement ???
What do we need to do ?

Is it fully stuck, as in won't budge and inch? Or will it come out slightly and then gets hung up?

The pack end sensor is probably jamming it up. Unfortunately the best way to get it out without breaking the sensor is to dismantle the cartridge holder which is not as easy as it may look. If it is the black cartridge you are in luck because it's the easiest to handle. If you get the old cartridge out and the new one reads as empty or near empty as soon as you install it, the pack end sensor broke.
