We have an ultima SC-1400D and we use it to cut mainly motocross graphics which are about 21 mil thick. The problem we are having now is just cutting regular single color vinyl or contour cutting on just regular 3m ij35 with and without laminate. We have a brand new cutting strip as well as a new 45 degree blade. For some reason the vinyl just seems to get stuck to the blade and just drags along the vinyl instead of actually cutting it. I checked the blade and it is moving like it should be. We never used to have this problem up until not too long ago. Does anyone know why the vinyl would be sticking to the bottom of the blade?
