mutoh falcon 64

hope you guys could be of assistance since SW and Mutoh have both failed in returning calls in 2 days. I have had a printing problem and was originally thinking it was an ink/line issue, however, today a light bulb turned on and I dissassembled the machine to find that the fixer heater was only working half way through ( this explains where the print changed ). So my question is, can it be a firmware issue, board issue, or just a bad heater. I checked the current going to both sides and it appears that I have power on both sides of the heater, but only the R 2 heater stripes are working, but apparently the sensor is not picking it up. Also is there anywhere in the world, besides calgraph that sells the heater. My last resort is to try to contact mutoh europe and hopefully get the fixer heater. Any suggestions would be extremely helpfull

If it's a Falcon Outdoor 62, call Ron at Signwarehouse and he can get you the part... He always get any part I need... A 64" would mean it's a VJ...
